yeah for the sodium, i'm gonna keep it high untill thursday night. i put it in hot water and let it dissolve and sip it down. it taste like really strong soup

CARDIO:45 min meal 1: 2 scoops whey, 4 flax and 2 fish oil 99mg potassium,1 boullion cube multi
LIFT:CHEST meal 2: 2 scoops WHEY 99 mg potassium
Meal 3: 8oz tilpia 4 flax, 2 fish oil 99mg potassium 1 boullion cube
Meal 4: 8oz tilpia 4 flax, 2 fish oil 99mg potassium
meal 5: 2 scoops whey 1/4 almonds 99mg potassium 1 boullion cube
Meal 6: 8oz tilpia 1/4 almonds 99mg potassium
WATER: 3 gallons
that was my monday, feeling really dry in the mornings which is good. if all goes to plan i will hopefully be both dry and full come saturday!

thanks roger. i cannot wait to be on stage. but importanly i want it to be over because it is def putting uneeded stress on my girlfriend. she says its all i talk about and she is right!!

tired and can't sleep, but that ok cus we are almost done. THURSDAY: all 6 meals ground beef,last 2 i will add grapefruit and white potatoe 99mg potassium every hour 1 bouillion cub in three of my meals then cut out sodium completly tomorrow 3 gallons of water got 2 coats of protan on, 1 more tonight and 2 more tomorrow
after 140 days straight either lifting or doing cardio it was nice to have some down time today

FIRST PLACE NOVICE HEAVYWEIGHT!!!
SECOND PLACE OVERALL NOVICE, but i could tell this was real close because they had me and the lightweight winner pose down for nearly 14 mins!!!
