ok i have a crazy idea for the day of the show, tell me what you guys think: we all know how crazy vascular we can get out of a hot shower or tannining or sitting in the sun so here is what i plan to do:
take an old shirt and put in under my hoody and line it with those hand warmers you find at sporting good stores, they will be out side my shirt so nothing is touching my skin. crack em all about 15 mins before i start to pump up,right before i hit the staqe slap on my hot stuff and olive oil and then do my thing?
am i crazy or a genius or a crazy genius?

Conditionning is the name of the game, so it's good to hear that you keep your focus on it! A 100g carb up meal? I would rather have a high carbs day including 4 meals x 25 additionnal grams of carbs! Just my opinion! well to be honest thats what i tried last prep and felt thati didnt have the results i wanted, so i'm trying something different. i based it off of those beverely nutrition diets. i take in fats with the carb up meal to stabalize my blood glucose and pro-long the digestion of the carbs. i'll keep everyone posted with pics this week, thanks for the support and the advice!!! your friendly neighborhood bags This is what I do as well.

Looking lean, proportionate and tapered. Much luck! Just one suggestion, elbows seem too high up on front lat. Does not do you justice, as your back pose definitely shows your width.

Bags, you look good! Your thighs are massive brother! Your back looks thick and detailed.
Now for some criticism, get someone to work with you on your front lat spread! You're leaning back too much and your hands are up too high on your waist. This can easily be corrected and show off your development to your advantage.
Other than that it looks like you've done your homework! Good luck!

Bags you look great. I agree with Gerry and Joel learn to hit that back pose a little better. You have an awesome back use it in your favor. Legs are fantastic.

Looking good all over, but those legs are crazy Bags!!!
It's hard to suggest you many contest preps advices without knowing a lot about how your body reacts, but I would recommend you to start drinking as much water as you can starting now if it's not already the case. I would also keep the same drinking pace until Friday NIGHT. I would also make sure to have sodium until Thursday night: Extra-muscular water is flushed by aldosterone, which is effective when you give enough water and sodium!
Last thing I would do is have more carbs from Wednesday to Saturday. In a so short period of time, it wont transform into fat... but glycogen, which will give you a rounder and fuller look!
Have fun and enjoy!
Mo
