1 LB weight gain after last nights HUGE refeed. This is GOOD!!! I am hoping to stuff even more in next week. I should be down a few LBs by the end of the week!! YEAH BUDDY!
Threw some ALA into the mix with my meal last night. Proved to work well!

Lookin good Randy! I'm lovin Dc! I can see myself staying with this long term. It really has to be experienced to be appreciated! You know what I mean, you can try to explain it to someone and they just don't get it. I think thats why they make you search for the program instead of just spoon feeding it to you! lol
Cardio sucks but we gotta do what we gotta do! lol
