What a GREAT weekend of training. Always a pleasure to train with my good friend Mo. He is the BEST of the BEST. This goes for a person as well as an athlete.. Simply AMAZING individual!! Getting to hang out with him and Marie Eve just means everything to us!!! Good friends, Good food, Good times, and BIG WEIGHT!! YEAH BUDDY!!!

Prison food? Man you guys are wearin it out! Oats + whey + NPB + Milk, mix in bowl = PRISON FOOD.. ;D I gave this to my buddy once and he would not eat it. He named it PRISON FOOD! LOL.. Sure tastes good to me... Sounds good to me, all my favorite foods in one bowl!
