Did chest and back tonight. Got a great workout. Added 10lbs. on the bench. I'm really liking the reverse flys. I did them tonight flat on my face on the bench. Which brings me to a question. Should I be able to hold those extended? If so, I may be going too heavy? because I can take them back, but can't really hold them.

Bob, Is your neck work done on the Nautilus 4-way neck machine? I love that machine it`s great.I got so strong on that thing last year I had to lighten the load so I could turn my head the next day. ;D Unfortunately they don`t have one where I now train but I do plate raises with weight on a towel held on my forehead, done while lying on a bench.

Did chest, bi's and abs tonight. I have been really messed up for a week. I was doing flys and something in my right wrist popped . I couldn't lift a cup of coffee for two days. It's some better now, but I had to go a little lighter on weight doing chest. I just added about 9 sets and went to failure on the last one. Had the wife come down when I felt the last set was near to spot me.

Damn Mike, I hope the wrist injury is nothing serious.I huret my wrist one time, and just wrapped it, and kept on training, and it was screwed up for over 6 months!!

Yes Tim, the neck work is on an old Nautilus 4 way neck machine, that I bought used in December 2001. I always liked the smaller model that came out in the 80's, I think. I never felt that the bigger model gave me the same feel.
Rack Presses, Pulldowns and Scott Curls today. Also supplementary abs, hypers, grip and neck work.
