Squats, Leg Curls and Rows.
Supplementary abs, hypers, grip work and neck work.
I'm currently squatting in Crain Shoes. I think that they are superb for narrow stance deep squatters. of course, Rickey Dale Crain is a classic wide stance flair squatter and he wears them too.
Tim, I agree with you that shoulders can never be too big. I feel the same about the back. I've never rowed consistently for a long period. Much preferring the chin, but I plan to give bent over rows a fair trial.

Bob, Is there a heel on the shoe? Does it have reinforcement type straps that go across the instep? Just curious. I agree about the shoulder`s and back as well.Back around 1974 I was training at the local YMCA which was then filled mostly with powerlifter`s ,Olympic lifter`s ,and a few bodybuilder`s here and there.Anyway there was this guy named Greg who was around 6 ft. tall and 215-220.He looked good, but what really caught the eye was that he had the widest shoulder`s I think I ever remember seeing on a person. His back was also incredibly wide.I never really saw his physique other than in the gym in sweats, but he looked incredible. There were some great lifter`s there, always sociable, but I very seldom saw Greg talk to anybody. He didn`t train especially hard, but always would do handstand pushups against the wall.I don`t know if this is how he attained his great width, but I tried them and almost broke my neck! This guy had a pretty small waist too, but the shoulder to waist differential just made it look better than it probably was.

Tim,
The shoes have a slight heel and two velcro straps. One strap is for arch support and one goes around the ankle area.
I was a very poor masters O-Lifter a few years back and used adidas and another pair of shoes that were so old I cannot remember the brand. I think that the Crain shoes would work for O-lifting, but they definitely work for squats. at least for me. Check out his website.
Rack Presses, pulldowns and Zottman Curls. 11 sets each. Supplementary abs, grip, hypers and neck work.
Good workouts to all.

Did benches today,5 sets, 12-15 reps .Went light, as I haven`t done chest in at least 2 1/2 weeks, if not 3 weeks. Will add weight and sets next week,as benches are all I can really do.I might add dips between chairs, not really sure at this point.I can`t wait to get back to the gym, but getting a nice pump in my pecs, and feeling the bar in my hands, made me feel "normal" again, and me being "normal," is a scary thought!

Presses, pulldowns & zottman curls. The presses are getting tough, so I'll switch to one day a week instead of two and see what happens.

Barbell curls, tricep pushdowns and wrist curls.
I've decided To alternate this workout with presses, pulldowns and gripper work. The same lift will only be performed 3 times in 2 weeks.

I did 9 sets of benches. Two warm-ups, then 7 working sets.Abs ,2 sets of crunches ,super-setted with 2 sets of leg raises.I don`t seem to have lost much power, but it`s hard to tell as I don`t have an Olympic bar.The smaller bars make the weight feel heavy as hell though!!

Did chest and abs tonight as well. I agree 100% on the small bars. Mine are 1 inch and they are killing me, LOL....But I can deal with it. I have an old bar I may go to. It's an alum. center section with two shorter bars that go in the ends and are locked with set screws. I don't like the fact that I can't spread my arms much beyond shoulder width, but the bar is about 1.5 inch in diameter and a lot easier on my hands.
