Whats up with the diet lately "T"? You gaining? Losing? Good question! I was planning on gaining but I'm loosing!!! I'm down to 198 now. My guess is upping the food a bit. I did increase the protein to 300g/day but I'm still cycling carbs.

50 min. Walking & Running (5 min. walk/5 min. run) on Treadmill Walking - Level 8 @ 4.5 mph Running - Level 0 @ 6 mph
Total Cals: 700
Ab Bench Crunches: 4 sets x fatigue
Vertical Leg Raises: 4 sets x fatigue
A very good workout . Lots of focus and energy.

Bicep Stretch: 60 Sec.
Seated Calves: 6 plates x 10 4 plates x 20
HS Seated Hams: 125x18 RP
Ham Stretch: 60 sec.
Leg Press: 9 plates x 10 7 plates x 20
A good one today. Back still felt tight but had lots of energy and most of the strength is back.

Hanging Leg Raises: 4 sets x fatigue
Ab Bench Crunches: 4 sets x fatigue
That's it for today. I had to cut it short so I could bring in the truck to the garage before 7 am.

A pretty good workout today. Not too much pain but still wasn't able to up the weights. Either way, I was still happy with the results.

Not a bad session today. I tried some Thermogain a buddy gave me. Not too bad, however I still prefer my ephedrine on cardio days.
