Dec. 13/06
Flat BB Press: 315x12 RP
Inc. DB PRess: 70x10 80x10 85x8
Inc. Cable Flyes: 40x15 50x12 70x12
Arnold Press: 45x15 RP
CG Bench: 155x18 RP
CG Pulldowns: 180x15 RP
Icarian T-Bar Row: 90x10 90x10 90x5
A good workout today. I did a couple of additional exercises for chest to test out my strength. Not too bad. The T-Bar machine was very tough. I usually do around 160+ but I had to use 90 because of the injury. Overall, got a hell of a pump.
