1) 2 cups Kashi + 1% milk + 2 scoops whey
2) PRE 1 scoop Creatine HSC + 2 scoops whey
3) POST 1 scoop Creatine HSC + 2 scoops whey
4) 3 oz chicken + 1 cup brown rice + veggies + 1 scoop whey
5) 1 can tuna + olive oil and Vin. + 1 scoop whey
6) 3 oz chicken + Spinach + 1 scoop whey
7) 1 Lean body MRP + Udo's oil
8) 8-9 oz. top round steak + 2 cups mixed veggies
9) 1 lean body + udos oil

3) PRE 1 scoop dextrose + 2 scoops whey
4) POST 1 small read potato + 6 egg white + light cheese omlette + 1 cup cranberry juice
5) Chicken breast + veggies
6),7),8) Same as 5, but maybe steak
