Nah. Just 5 days on 2 off Well I guess maybe I ma then Thats basically what I do. I read an article on AST where Paul Cribb recomends loading for three days and going off for three days to prevent your body from down regulating. He says people have been getting great results from this approach.

I take mine on my 5 training days and usually do not take it on weekends..............most of the time anyway.

I agree with Hoops! Randy- workouts look great. 55lb laterals- I burned mine out doing 30s. Also- looking back a few workouts and you do alot of wrist curl stuff- I have grown to love doing forearm work. Keep up the great work Randy. I'm pullin' for ya.
