Hope nothing....I KNOW you're gonna nail it ,Tim!! ;D Thanks Keith,I`m doing my best bro!! I`ll eat some carbs today and tomorrow and then eat really light again until I feel the need to eat more carbs again, going by how I look. How I feel shouldn`t matter at this point because I feel like crap most of the time!! LOL I think I can peak right on time if I watch myself carefully and adjust food as I go along. We`ll see.

Skipped a pre-workout meal and had a few cups of coffee instead.
I used to train on an empty stomach years ago, and looking back,I had plenty of energy and I was looking pretty good then too.
Keith does it,as well as a few other good bodybuilders that I know,so I thought I`d give it a try this week to see how I felt.
Today,I had good energy,so no problems so far.
Mon. Apr. 2nd.
Meal # 1- Post-Workout: 2 scoops whey in water 5 gms. creatine monohydrate
Meal # 2: 6 oz. steak water
Meal # 3: 1 can tuna water
Meal # 4: 6 oz. chicken breast Crystal-Lite
Meal # 5: 5 oz. chicken breast Crystal-Lite
Meal # 6: 4 oz. lean ground beef Crystal-Lite
