Thanks Mo,I`m really not sure, but I`ll look it up..............I swaer the stuff keeps me alive!!
I know it`s carbs, but it`s a great source of fiber too which goes right through the system.........doesn`t seem to hurt me at all,but I rarely go too high on carbs in general anyway.

I`m just a bit leery to try a different approach Joel.
That`s why I never tried P/RR/S......I was competing and didn`t know how I would respond to it,although I have used a similar (in some ways) program that I wrote about on my website.

I understand completely, Tim. When you're training for a show its not the time to be experimenting with untested diets or routines especially if you've had good results with what you're already doing! You have to be comfortable and have 100% belief in the approach that you're using! I've been in that situation before and came to the conclusion that you simply cannot radically change your game plan while you're in the middle of contest prep! I think you know your body well and have a very accurate prep. plan. Nothing beats experience!

I decided to have a moderate carb day today,it would probably be low for most people.................I`ll do the same tomorrow but less carbs.
I figure why not,I`m going to start depleting on Monday anyway for a few days before the show.

I`m, now officially 6 days out from the NPC Metropolitans........my plan from here on in is to eat lighter with no carbs and a bit more fat instead.
Lately, after a couple of days of higher carbs,I look bloated, and the carbs would be considered low by most people,so I`m gonna` skip them entirely while depleting for the next 3-4 days, whichever I feel I need.
I`ll be attempting to drink more water than I ever have previously, which is always tough for me to do............also gonna` try to eat 3 cans of tuna a day until Tuesday, when I drop sodium, and switch to boiled chicken as my only protein source.
I feel these things will help my waistline shrink a bit, as well as tighten me up more overall.
I dropped creatine on Friday, and I hope when I drop sodium and water, these 3 missing factors will make me dryer and tighter.
I`m going to do light legs tomorrow, probably just a few extensions and light lunges, followed by upper body everday up until Wed. or Thurs.,.........not sure yet but at least until Wed.
Fast training, light weight, high reps, and cardio until Thursday should deplete me really good while eating no carbs........if I live through it...........I`m tired!!
Also posing for 20 minutes or more 3 x a day from here on in.
We`ll see how it goes, and I`ll modify my plan if I feel the need to based on how I`m looking.
Here goes nothing!!

Tim,
Your PLAN is sound dude! Looks good as usual.
The last week I normally throw my tuna in a collander and rinse off as much sodium as possible too.
We're pullin for ya bro! Lot of hard work went into this. STAY STRONG! STAY SAFE!
We're watching you!

Lot of hard work went into this. STAY STRONG! STAY SAFE! We're watching you! Thanks Frank,I appreciate it bro. I`m only concerned with sodium at the 3 day out point and I won`t be eating tuna then anyway. Right now I`m intentionally adding extra salt to my food as I have all through the prep but even moreso.

SOLID game plan Tim.
I know what you mean about feeling bloated and just not right. Its weird. At the beginning of a diet you think you need carbs, but then later into it they feel almost unnecessary. Know what I am trying to say?

Yes I do Randy, that`s why I`m gonna`switch things up and try the higher fat/protein low to no carb approach after this contest. Today I drank well over one and a half gallons of water and spent a lot of time in the bathroom. I have no clue how I drank this much and I think it`s probably closer to 2 gallons if I add in all the coffeee I drank today. Right now my waist looks huge and I feel bloated,no doubt from the water intake but by morning after getting up all night to piss I`m sure it`ll be back to normal........hope I get at least a little sleep tonight. Tomorrow is 3 cans of tuna day and I can hardly wait !! #pukeb9vn# Chicken, eggwhites, tuna, salad with vinegar, plain rice cakes........repeat! #pukeb9vn#

SOLID game plan Tim. I know what you mean about feeling bloated and just not right. Its weird. At the beginning of a diet you think you need carbs, but then later into it they feel almost unnecessary. Know what I am trying to say? Agreed! I almost have to make myself eat carbs after a certain point. I believe a certain amount of carbs are nessasary though. Just depends on what type and when their consumed. Sounds like you're going to be in your all time best condition Tim! Where are those #picspicspicsml7#
