I know what you mean Mike.I trained at home years ago and my forearms would hit the plates during benching.The bar I have now is longer at least so it`s not too bad.The damn weight feels heavier though.

Warm Up: Flutter Kicks 75 Crunches 25 Hyperextensions 35
Lateral Flexion on Nautilus 4 way neck: 5X10

Bradford Press Seated-5x6-12 Wide Uprights-4x10-12 Barbell Front Raises-3x12-15
Great pump and went a little heavier on the presses.

Barbell Curls-6x8-12 Skullcrushers-4x20 Seated French Press-4x12 Wrist Curls-3x20-25 Wrist Roller-3x8-10
Good workout but I went for high reps on triceps just for a change of pace.It felt good ,will go heavier next week!

Just did chest today by itself.
Bench Press-11 sets 2 warm-up sets 9 work sets 5-12 reps My chest looked thick as all hell.This limited home training isn`t all that bad ,I got a great workout.

Still forced to train at home so I`m very limited. Did legs today.
Lunges-4 x 12 constant weight Front Squats-4 x 10-12 (non-lock with 1 min. rest) Stiff-Legged Deadlifts-4 x 12-20
Great pump ,I`ll add weight next week, and go much heavier for lower reps!!

I did chest and arms today. But it felt really quite useless. I just wasn't there. I took the day off of work and being such a creature of habit it threw my workout way off!!

still training at home,which sucks! Chest today: Benches-11 sets 3-10 reps pyramid style.I want to do inclines so bad I can taste them.Some dips and flyes would be nice too.It won`t be too much longer hopefully.I still look like I`m getting bigger but haven`t weighed myself in a long time.

Went and looked at a car today with a friend,not worth the money they wanted,so I went home and did legs! Lunges-4x10-15 Front Squats-4x10-12 Stiff-Legged Deadlifts-4x12-20 Pretty good day!!

Did chest, back and abs. Sorry for being AWOL guys. I have been trying to get my 55 running and other stuff. Not making an "excuse" (skin of a reason stuffed with a lie), just haven't had my heart in it for a couple weeks. I'm still hitting the weights, just haven't been at the puter much.

Last work out for a few days. I've been in a reduction program to loose some size. As a competitive archer size gets in the way of good shooting form. I tend to bulk up in the winter and have to go to more aerobics and higher reps in the early spring. National Indoor Championships this weekend...no work out. I'll be ready for the gym come Monday for sure. I've been doing some super slow rep's with lighter weights.....absolutely killer stuff. Art

Deltoids today! Seated Press-5x8-12 Wide Grip Upright Rows-4x10-12 Barbell Front Raises-3x15-20 I was so pumped and ached so much I could`nt raise my arms!
