Chest, back and abs today. I haven't felt like I have been getting a good chest work out for some reason, so today I did my normal 12 sets and then dropped to about 70% of bench and pumped to failure. I KNOW I will feel this tomorrow, ha ha.

I go thru this now and then when i have alot of stress inside if i take the day off i end up fighting with my girls over silly sh*t or by the evening i feel like i might explode inside (no i'm not on a cycle) anyhow like the other day i went in and justdid afew light sets to get it out of my system, just venting a bit here, thanks Tim

Finally over my bug/cold/flu/etc and did arms and chest. First workout in a week. Man it felt really good/bad !! This is the first time I have missed in the couple of months that I have been working out and I am a believer...missing is not a nice thing.

Well they WERE climbing but have stopped. I tryd to beat 7 reps the last 2 workouts but I can't beat 7. I'm only human though right? lol
I'v known about Max-OT for about 2 years. Usually I'v been training Max-OT. Usually meaning most of the time. But every now and then I try something new. I tryd Doggcrapp training, high rep squats. Supersetting. I personally don't like anything over 8 reps. I like the short focused sets. Thats just me. I like supersetting a lot, drop sets too. People say pumps don't built muscle, which is true, but you gotta love the pump, well at least I do ;D
I read a lot about Max-OT and was CONVINCED its the best training system. Well maybe not the best, but it is a quality way to train I'd say. Damn theres so many theories out there which one is the best one? who knows. Whatever works for the person. People say not to do too many sets. I got a buddy who trains about 16 sets per bodypart, which I think is ALOT, hes about 6'3 and 260lbs and not fat. Decent lean. Trains 5 days a week and he grows. Hes also natural, doesn't even use creatine or supplement with protein. I'd say hes got great genetics. Whatever works for the person. The only thing with me is I DON'T wanna be training the incorrect way, I don't wanna waste time, I wanna get as big as possible as quickly as possible.
